2. Ordering

  • Orders can be placed through our website or via our approved social media channels.
  • When you place an order, you agree that all details provided are accurate and complete.
  • Personalised orders require you to provide names, dates, prints, or photos as requested. Please double-check spellings and details — we cannot accept responsibility for errors made by the customer.

3. Prices & Payment

  • If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
