Contact us once you have decided which keepsake you would like and we will organise for you to pay a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. We will agree a turnaround time and you will be advised of next steps. I will email you information about next steps for your keepsakes, including how many and what kind of items are needed. I will also give you an idea of timescales so that you know how long the process will take.
SEND US YOUR CLOTHING ITEMS
Bundle up your keepsake items and pop them in the post. Be sure to let me know if you have any special requests or a preference on the design. Don’t forget too include your name and address so I can make sure that it gets back to you safely! I will let you know once they arrive.
YOUR ITEM IS MADE
I will get to work on making your keepsake, then email you photographs so that you can see your finished item! I will send it back to you with a tracked delivery service.
